1. Agreement and acceptance

By placing an order through our website www.enhancedera.com.au you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the “Customer”) and Enhanced Era (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use our site or place an order.

2. Definitions

  • “Goods” — the products listed for sale on our site.

  • “Order” — the Customer’s request to purchase Goods.

  • “Seller” — Enhanced Era.

  • “Supplier” — any third party, manufacturer, wholesaler or overseas supplier we engage to fulfil Orders (dropshipper).

3. Who we are and dropshipping model

We operate a dropshipping model: when you order, we may purchase the Goods from a Supplier who ships directly to you. We remain the seller of record for the transaction and are responsible for complying with Australian consumer protection laws (including consumer guarantees), product safety obligations and for providing remedies where required. You accept that delivery times may be affected by the Supplier and import processes.

4. Orders, acceptance and confirmation

  • An Order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse an Order in our discretion.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email; this is not acceptance. A separate email confirming dispatch constitutes acceptance and formation of the contract.

  • If we cannot supply an item (for any reason), we will notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or a reasonable alternative.

5. Prices, taxes and duties

  • Prices shown include GST where applicable for Australian sales.

  • If Goods are supplied from overseas (low-value imported goods), GST may still apply under Australian GST rules.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import processing fees or taxes charged on delivery, unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at time of the Order or on dispatch, as shown at checkout. We use third-party payment processors; you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to Supplier processing, international transit, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

  • Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received cleared payment.

  • If an item is lost in transit or does not arrive, contact us promptly.

8. Consumer guarantees, returns and refunds

  • Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • For change-of-mind returns, we will accept returns only if specified in our Returns Policy.

  • For faulty or misdescribed Goods, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Warranties and limitations

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations except those which cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, where allowed, to repair, replacement or refund.

10. Product safety and compliance

Some Goods may be subject to mandatory safety standards, labelling and bans. We will use reasonable care in selecting Suppliers but you must notify us immediately if you suspect a safety issue.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our Site is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce or use our IP without our written permission.

12. Privacy and data

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
By placing an Order you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for processing, communications and marketing (unless you opt out).

13. Marketing and electronic communications

We comply with the Spam Act 2003. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages.

14. Accounts, security and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use our site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

15. Unfair contract terms and consumer protections

These Terms will be read subject to the ACL. If a term is found unfair or void, it will be severed and the rest will remain binding.

16. Third-party links and suppliers

Our Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content.
We remain responsible for compliance with Australian consumer law for sales we make, even when using overseas suppliers.

17. Taxes, customs and import processes

If Goods are imported, customs authorities may charge duties, taxes or clearance fees. These are the Customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, refuse Orders, or remove content if we suspect breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

You may also seek assistance from consumer protection agencies (e.g. ACCC or state consumer affairs).

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Queensland.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our Site with the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to Orders placed after the update.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this Policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product we sell to you has a major problem.
A product has a major problem when it:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it.

  • Is unsafe.

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed.

For minor problems, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.


2. Change-of-mind returns

Because we sell personal-use beauty, wellness and fat loss devices, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Sent back at your cost.

A restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns that are approved.


3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us at info@enhancedera.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  2. We will assess your claim and may request that you return the product for inspection.

  3. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to you.


4. Shipping delays

Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers (including overseas suppliers) to you.
This does not affect your rights — Enhanced Era remains responsible for resolving any product issues covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays due to customs, couriers, or events outside our control are not grounds for an automatic refund unless the delay is unreasonable under consumer law.

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues.


5. Return process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide you with the correct return address (this may be our Australian location or a supplier’s warehouse).

  • You must package the item securely to prevent further damage.

  • Use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if a return is required).

  • Refund amounts may exclude original shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


7. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect or improper handling.

  • Products altered or modified after delivery.

  • Wear and tear from normal use.

  • Change of mind for opened or used personal-care products.
