1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in this Policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product we sell to you has a major problem.
A product has a major problem when it:

Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it.

Is unsafe.

Is significantly different from the sample or description.

Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed.
For minor problems, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
2. Change-of-mind returns
Because we sell personal-use beauty, wellness and fat loss devices, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

Unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Returned within 14 days of delivery.

Sent back at your cost.
A restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns that are approved.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered:

Contact us at info@enhancedera.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess your claim and may request that you return the product for inspection.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to you.
4. Shipping delays
Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers (including overseas suppliers) to you.
This does not affect your rights — Enhanced Era remains responsible for resolving any product issues covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:

Shipping delays due to customs, couriers, or events outside our control are not grounds for an automatic refund unless the delay is unreasonable under consumer law.

We will work with you to resolve any issues.
5. Return process
If your return is approved:

We will provide you with the correct return address (this may be our Australian location or a supplier’s warehouse).

You must package the item securely to prevent further damage.

Use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if a return is required).

Refund amounts may exclude original shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
7. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Products damaged by misuse, neglect or improper handling.

Products altered or modified after delivery.

Wear and tear from normal use.

Change of mind for opened or used personal-care products.
